- How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 5-20 business days. It depends on where you are. Usually the US region and Germany region shipping time is relatively fast.

After your order has been successfully placed and your item shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You can track your items on your order pages or on the carrier’s official website. Or you can contact us directly for delivery information.

The tax and customs fees are not include in our product price.

- How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Wichtige Hinweise:
5.1″ Halterung muss mit Hooping Station Kit und 5.1″x 5.1″ Magnetischer Stickrahmen verwendet werden
Die 6.9″ Halterung muss mit dem Hooping Station Kit und dem 6.9″x 6.9″ Magnetreifen verwendet werden.
Die Halterung für Sie hängt von der Marke Ihrer Nähmaschine und der gewählten Rahmenlänge ab.
Da der 17 Zoll x 15,5 Zoll große magnetische Rahmen relativ groß ist, ist es nicht empfehlenswert, ihn mit dem Hooping Station Kit zu verwenden.

Having this definitely makes doing big jobs way more efficient and easier.
I placed my order on 10/14 and it was delivered on 11/5. Not too bad since I'm in the states. I love these hoops they work great with my Ricoma embroidery machine and they were only a fraction of the cost compared to the other popular magnetic hoops. I also love the amazing customer service and quick response from the company. Will be buying some more hoops very soon.
